This policy applies to digital workshops purchased from VII MIRACULA arhitekturno oblikovanje d.o.o., trading as 7Miracula. It supplements the Terms & Conditions and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
1. Statutory withdrawal period
A consumer generally has 14 days from conclusion of a distance contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise that right, send an unequivocal statement to art@7miracula.com before the period expires. The model form below may be used but is not mandatory.
2. Immediate digital access
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance begins only if the consumer has expressly consented to immediate supply, expressly acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right and received contractual confirmation on a durable medium.
If the required consent or acknowledgement was not obtained, or access has not yet been supplied, the customer’s statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
3. Non-delivery, defects and lack of conformity
Customers remain entitled to statutory remedies where the workshop is not delivered, cannot be accessed for reasons attributable to the Seller, materially differs from its description or otherwise fails to conform to the contract. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include:
- supply or restoration of access without undue delay;
- bringing the digital content into conformity;
- a proportionate reduction in price; or
- termination of the contract and a refund.
The Seller may first ask for information reasonably needed to diagnose and remedy an access issue. The customer is not required to accept repeated or disproportionately delayed attempts.
4. Other refund situations
The Seller will also correct or refund verified duplicate charges, payments taken for an order the Seller cannot fulfil, and other erroneous charges. Suspected unauthorised use should be reported promptly both to the Seller and the customer’s payment provider.
5. How to request a cancellation, remedy or refund
Email art@7miracula.com with:
- the purchaser’s name and order number;
- the Gmail address supplied for access;
- the date of purchase;
- the requested remedy and reason; and
- relevant screenshots or error messages, without card details or passwords.
The Seller will acknowledge the request and respond without undue delay. Refunds due under a valid withdrawal will be made within 14 days after the Seller is informed of the withdrawal, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and without additional fees.
6. Effect of a refund or termination
When a contract is validly terminated or refunded, access may be revoked. The customer must stop using the workshop and must not retain, share or use any copy obtained contrary to the access terms.
7. Payment disputes and chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact the Seller first so that delivery or billing issues can be resolved quickly. This does not limit any right to contact a bank, card issuer, payment provider, consumer authority or court. The Seller may provide order, consent, delivery and communication records to Stripe or the relevant payment provider when responding to a payment dispute.
8. Complaints and ADR
Complaints should be sent to art@7miracula.com. Except where participation is mandatory by law, the Seller does not recognise a particular out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent in advance. If a complaint is rejected or cannot be resolved directly, the Seller will provide any ADR information required by Slovenian law. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025.
