This policy explains how digital workshops sold by VII MIRACULA arhitekturno oblikovanje d.o.o., trading as 7Miracula, are delivered and accessed.
1. What is supplied
The current product is a pre-recorded English-language video workshop. Purchase provides personal access to a private YouTube video. It does not include a physical product, live tuition or a downloadable video file unless the product page expressly says otherwise.
2. Delivery process
- The customer enters their name and the Gmail address that must receive workshop access.
- The customer completes payment and the required consent steps.
- After successful payment and any necessary security checks, access is granted without undue delay to the supplied Gmail address.
- The order confirmation and access information are sent by email or another durable medium.
Delivery is complete when the customer is able to access the private video with the designated Google account. Customers should check spam and filtered folders and ensure that the same Gmail account is active in YouTube.
3. Technical requirements and compatibility
- a valid Gmail/Google account that the customer controls;
- a current browser or YouTube application capable of playing private YouTube videos;
- a stable internet connection and a device capable of video playback;
- cookies, JavaScript and media playback enabled where required by Google/YouTube.
Streaming quality and data usage depend on the customer’s device, connection and YouTube. The customer is responsible for any internet or mobile-data charges. The workshop is not represented as compatible with obsolete or unsupported devices, browsers or operating systems.
4. Personal access
Access is granted only to the named customer and designated Gmail account. It may not be transferred or shared. The customer must not publish the private link, lend credentials, record or copy the video, bypass access controls, resell access or use the workshop for a public screening.
5. Duration and continuity
No fixed expiry is imposed by the Seller unless stated on the product page. Access is intended to remain available while the workshop is supported and the platform remains available. The Seller may move the content to an equivalent delivery platform and provide revised instructions. Access may be withdrawn only for a valid reason such as a completed refund, material breach, legal obligation or security threat. Mandatory rights regarding digital content are unaffected.
6. If access does not arrive or work
Email art@7miracula.com and provide the order number, purchaser name, Gmail address used for access, device/browser details and a screenshot or exact error message where possible. Do not send card details or passwords.
The Seller will first verify the order and, where appropriate, resend the invitation, correct the registered Gmail address, provide reasonable troubleshooting or restore access. If the content cannot be supplied or brought into conformity within a reasonable time, the remedies described in the Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy apply.
7. Immediate supply and withdrawal
At the request-access step, the customer may expressly request immediate supply during the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal once digital access has been provided, to the extent permitted by law. Until access is actually provided and the legal conditions are satisfied, statutory rights remain in place.
8. Service and security updates
The Seller may make updates reasonably necessary to preserve security, legal compliance, accessibility or continued playback. Material changes will not reduce the essential features promised at purchase without a valid reason and appropriate notice or remedy where required by law.
