This hospitality interior offers a contemporary interpretation of the ancient instinct to gather. The entrance is conceived as a portal carved into rock: a narrow passage opens into a generous dining room, where walls shaped like natural formations become the space’s central intrigue—most guests instinctively reach out to touch them. Subdued lighting and tactile surfaces create an atmosphere of understated comfort, softened by a plaster panel recalling the grain of African timber and by deep leather seating. The primal idea of gathering around a hearth is recast in a refined, contemporary language.
